Philosophy
Here at ICMHA we understand that mental health affects everyone differently. Our drop-in programs are designed to meet you where you are at, and provide the support you deserve.
We provide a welcoming safe space for individuals seeking support in their mental health journey. You will participate in meaningful discussions and mindful skill based activities that improve mental wellness and cognitive functions and fits with your individual abilities. As well as arts and crafts projects and community engagement.
You’ll be encouraged to explore new community resources and activities, learn skills to set, achieve, modify and track goals.
