Goal
We support individuals to obtain and maintain paid competitive employment in the open job market, because we believe this is possible. Reduce the effect your mental illness or substance use issue has on finding and keeping the job you want.

Networks Employment Solutions

Networks has been offering supported employment services in Greater Victoria since 2007. Using an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, Networks offers client-driven, individualized support for individuals recovering from mental illness to find and maintain paid employment of their choosing.

Networks is a community-based adult mental health program offering Employment support via one-to-one coaching. Coaches can meet with you in the community or at our Skinner Street location.

You will be assigned an employment or education Coach who will oversee your involvement in the program, with maximum time in the program being 1 year.

Population Served
Networks works with adults (19 and over) experiencing mental illness they may also be living with substance use issues who want to work.

This program offers supported employment options and the opportunity to explore job preferences, skills, interests and motivation with trained Employment Coaches. Coaches provide support with resumes, interview practices, job searches, practical job site assistance and much more.
